How do I return an item?

As we do not get many returns, please contact Customer Service to let us know you would like to send an order back. We do not refund used knives; however, they are covered under our warranty. In the event that your used knife needs repair please contact us prior to sending it back as most often the result is due to operator error and not a faut of the product. New knives must be sent back in the condition you received it. After we receive your knife back, we will refund the purchase price of your knife minus the actual shipping cost we spent to send the order to you. We no longer provide postage paid return shipping labels. We are a small company and strive to sell at rock-bottom prices and unfortunately, we have no way to recover those costs. If you need help choosing the correct product, please contact us prior to ordering so we can help you. When sending any knife back for repair please be sure to include your name, return address, email, and phone number INSIDE the package along with a brief explanation of what is wrong. If any knife is determined to be a counterfeit we reserve the right to confiscate it. Blades that are reprofiled extensively that results in malfunction due to modifications are not covered under warranty however we can sell you a replacement blade. Cosmetics as well as knives that show signs of torture testing are also not covered.
