Please note that due to email production schedules you may receive any emails already in production. To delete all of your online account information from our database, sign into the "My Account" section of our site and remove your shipping addresses, billing addresses & payment information. Please note that we may maintain information about an individual sales transaction in order to service that transaction and for record keeping. Third party links In an attempt to provide you with increased value, we may include third party links on our site. These linked sites have separate and independent privacy policies. SHEEPDOG USA has a limited lifetime warranty on all Wilcox Tactical knives. All of our knives are extensively tested in the most demanding conditions that we could imagine for its intended purpose. OTF knives are designed for daily utility use and for personal protection. They are not designed for bush-craft, batoning wood, prying or throwing. If we determine you used the knife in a manner not consistent with its intended purpose your warranty will be void. In the case that your knife or other gear breaks due to normal use we will gladly replace or repair that product as we see best fit for the situation. You can rest easy knowing we have got you covered. All returns of Wilcox Tactical knives must be processed through Wilcox Tactical and a receipt or proof of purchase must be included with your return. Prior to shipping back your knife you must contact us through the Contact Form on this website. We will reply to you in 24 hours or less and arrange for you to ship the knife back to us for repair of replacement. In order to alleviate any concerns with retailer that stock our products we have instructed them to refer you to our website for all Warranty claims. |
